{"id":821,"date":"2022-12-07T19:15:03","date_gmt":"2022-12-07T19:15:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/llsa.lt\/?p=821"},"modified":"2024-08-20T14:07:20","modified_gmt":"2024-08-20T14:07:20","slug":"gelezinkelio-jungtis-su-klaipeda-itraukta-i-transeuropini-transporto-tinkla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/llsa.lt\/gb\/archives\/821","title":{"rendered":"Rail link to Klaipeda included in the trans-European transport network"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>EU&#8217;s TTE Council on Monday adopted a general approach to the trans-European transport network (TEN-T) regulation, which provides for the development of a new European gauge railway line to Klaip\u0117da LT, including the line in the relevant TEN-T maps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Minister of Transport and Communications of Lithuania Marius Skuodis, this will help to ensure not only better international rail transport interoperability but also the competitiveness of the Klaip\u0117da Seaport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The high-speed European railway line to Klaip\u0117da should improve the transport and logistics connections in the Baltic region and Eastern Europe.
