Vytautas Lygnugaris was introduced to the guests by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain Jos\u00e9 Maria Robles Fraga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The opening of such a consulate in the Port of Lithuania demonstrates Spain&#8217;s desire to provide more accessible assistance to Spanish nationals living in or near Klaip\u0117da.
