Returning to the prestigious and most honorable White Flag List in 2019, Lithuanian-flagged ships are firmly on the list for the fourth consecutive year.<br>The Paris Memorandum&#8217;s main objective is to prevent sub-standard ships from operating, and in some cases ban them from entering the region&#8217;s ports altogether.
