Their contributions also form the initial capital of the fund, which will reach at the first stage 90 thousand Eur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a remote procedure for signing the foundation agreement, a board of 5 persons and an auditor were elected for a three-year term. Vytautas Lygnugaris, &nbsp;CEO of Limarko Shipping Company, was elected the Chairman of the Board of the Fund. The director of the fund has also been appointed.
