Here in Lithuania we have resumed our talks with national officials on the same issue. Hence we, Lithuanian Shipowners Association, are keen to know how the Estonian approved scheme works and applies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On 12<sup>th<\/sup> of March, 2020 our executive director Mr.Gintautas Kutka met Estonian colleagues Mr.Enn Kreem, Mr.Jaan Kalmus, Mr.Indra Kaunis and Ms.Natalja Tuvi.
